The Bankhead Boys had a commanding electric performance at Winddown Wednesdays in Stockbridge, Ga, a quick drive from Atlanta, Ga. The high powered performance pushed boundaries and used special effects not commonly used in Hip Hop music.
Their music is described as Hip-Pop music, between the barrier of pop, and hip hop, The Costumes they used were reminiscent of a combination of Prince, Michael Jackson, and Morris Day. They used a set of special effects including smoke fountain and hand lights.
Midway through the performance, the park in Henry County, Ga lost power midway through the Buckhead Boys set! They continued to perform until the music came back on. In this interview they talk about the power outage and their new single “Pull Up”.
